I’m Marc Hildebrand—husband, father, former LAPD Sergeant, and now a full-time life, leadership and performance coach for heart-driven coaches and leaders who want to build confidence, lead powerfully, and grow personally and professionally without sacrificing their health or family.
When I started, I tried to hustle my way to success—focusing on strategy, pushing harder, and doing it alone. But the real shift didn’t come from more tactics. It came from changing who I was being, and who I was surrounding myself with.
That change helped me grow a coaching business I love, leave law enforcement, and create a life aligned with the legacy I’m here to build.
